Taking Your GAME to the NEXT Level!

About Us

We want to help you get better at this fun evolving game of volleyball. Hitting, blocking, serving, setting or passing – We will work to improve your skills. Want a quicker first step or to move faster or jump higher? We can do that too!

What’s our mission?

Our "Fun First" philosophy is the backbone of every method and training exercise that we put in to a workout session or practice. We urge our players to believe in and trust each other and to be aware of each other's strengths and weaknesses. We emphasize a FUN and positive experience of playing the sport of competitive team volleyball or basketball - we strive for perfection! We believe that with a desire to learn and work hard, all things are possible. As coaches, we strive to be a good role model and set high standards for our players to emulate on and off the court.

It is our belief that players, of any skill level, can achieve great things in the sport of volleyball and/or basketball through faith, confidence, determination, will, grit, and sweat. We instill a desire to love and respect the game through workouts that are intense, yet fun.
